Description
John Palliser was born in England he is passionate about his work and a true patriot. He believes wherever
you hail from on this island there is in every proud British person the beating heart of a lion. We are the
defenders of the faith we encapsulate the very meaning of honor, truth, chivalry, and fair play. We who eve
r we are fight the good fight with the skills, tools and gifts that God blessed us with.We are often Lead by
donkeys, but in a country That is very often subjected to anti britishness those who would do us harm will
no that the British lion has very sharp teeth!
John started painting professionally in the 80s he took the Queens shilling and for the next nine years found
himself serving in the British army in Germany during the cold war and on active service in the troubles in
Northern Ireland. During this time he had contact with official war artists and it was not long before,
capturing his own experiences in paint. Over the years he has perfected his style of combining both
classical and the modern and his works hang proudly in homes and military messes all over the world. His
work has also been featured by the BBC & his filmed for channel 4. His work has also been recognized by
the likes of the Duke of Bucclue. Recently he was the overall Trophy Winner at the Great Aycliffe Arts &
Crafts Show. Having Seen the Goldmine of untapped Talent of Amateur Artist, Poets & Performers that often
hide their gifts under a bushel or just don’t know yet how to proceed. People who often ask themselves am
