‘Northern Artists Expose Themselves!’

Northern Artists will get their chance to ‘strut their stuff’ to thousands of enthusiastic art lovers at the Inaugural ‘Great North Arts And Charity Show’ on August 4^th & 5^th held at the ‘Wynyard Rooms’ Conference Centre, Wynyard Business Park Near Billingham, Stockton-on-Tees.

The organisers have pledged to donate a proportion of the profits to Charities, including ‘The British Legion’ and ‘Help For Heroes’, but other charities are invited to make a bid for a slice of the money raised.

The weekend event will include a large Exhibition of Arts and Crafts from local Artists and Galleries, A Farmer’s Market, Children’s Entertainment, Armed Forces and Emergency Services Exhibitions, Universities and Colleges specialising in the Arts, and much more for a great family weekend out!

A special feature of the weekend will be an Evening Dinner and Celebrity Auction, held on Saturday night, with many valuable prizes donated by the Exhibitors, followed by entertainment into the night, and tickets for this event are available for pre-booking now from the Event organisers.

Previous events at the Wynyard Rooms have attracted more than 3,000 attendees per day, so the ‘Great North Arts And Culture Show’ is an ideal way for Individual artists and Arts and Crafts groups to show the public their work, be it paintings, ceramics, textiles and many other forms of art and crafts. Prices for exhibiting and for attending have been kept low to encourage a successful inaugural meeting, which is hoped to be repeated in successive years.

The organisers are hoping for a lovely sunny August weekend for this event, but even if the weather isn’t too kind (It is Britain after all !!) the vast majority of exhibitors will be inside the Wynyard Rooms, guaranteeing a great event for all to enjoy!
