Maroun Chaccour was born in Beirut , Lebanon in 1977, He grew up in a family of artists, his father is a tenor and his mother is a painter, she discovered his voice at the age of 9 , after he started training at the age of 14 , he  had his first competition at the age of 18 to become 4^th out of 150 singers singing English songs  on a Lebanese French TV Station . At the age of 21 he played Jean Valjean in a French musical Sponsored by the French Embassy of Beirut,

In 2004 at the age of 27 he flew to London to study Sound recording and music technology at Islington College he was awarded by the OCR (Oxford, Cambridge and the Royal Society of arts) Examination Boards in 2005. Before coming back to Lebanon he recorded 4 songs as demo in a known recording studio in London. Now he is working on getting a recording contract for a career in music/performing arts…
